Maat E's Mental Health Message:
Write down your life lessons. Everyday we are presented with opportunities to learn more about our Self and to improve who we are. Life is such that if we don't learn a lesson it happens over, and over, and over again. It is like we forget the things that happen to us and are surprised when they happen again. Sometimes it helps to write the lessons down and to go back to them every now and then. Life will give you the exact learning experiences you need. The brain needs repetition to store experiences in the memory. So, write down those life lessons and read them over and over again.
Enjoy the day! Life, health, & vitality!
Peace, Maat E.

  1. That's funny that you said that because I am a self proclaimed "Tactile Learner". I used to, as they say where I'm from, "I used to couldn't stand that!.." lol. It was a challenge to not understand this about myself, but now I know, I embrace my curiousity and desire to experience elements of life that I'm not familiar with enough to make a logical or scientific based deduction. Now, after many years, I still know I'm inclined to learn tangently, but for the most part, I study alot more, and try to arm myself with knowledge and wisdom from my previous experiences, so I don't have to learn so much hands on any more. My brain, I am training, to get the lesson before I actually have to experience the lesson! Wish me well with that. Alas... another challenge.

    Best,
    Zaimah
